I do not offer answers, I help to find them. What counts is the intention in taking one's own steps and the willingness to learn from the interaction during the journey with me.

My responsibility is about handling and managing the Coaching process, yours instead concerns the result to be achievedwith your personal and firm involvement in the process.

 

During the coaching process, through questions, dialogue, and reasoning you can focus on your new goal, starting different thought processes that can lead to the discovery of new solutions and feasible actions.

During Coaching sessions it is possible to:

- reflect on how to broaden perspectives and hopes for personal self and well-being;
- search and find different answers and meanings;
- clarify how to make a choice;
- rediscover aspirations, passions and needs
- face a change by activating positive energy;
- discover and recognise individual capabilities and consciously follow personal evolution.

KEY STEPS IN THE COACHING PROCESS

 

DEFINITION OF OBJECTIVES - "Describe what you want to achieve"

The topics to be explored, the respective responsibilities, the indicators of success, the timelines, and the work program with specific objectives to be achieved are defined together.

 

EXPLORATION - "Discover new possibilities"

Through dialogue and feedback received in the course of reasoning, new thought processes are initiated that bring forth viable decisions and solutions previously hidden by worries, limiting thoughts, and errors of judgement.

From the comparison, lesser-known personal characteristics are learnt and grasped.

 

ACTIONS - "Go and experiment!"

The process allows the discovery of skills, motivation, and resources, with which to develop and implement action plans that lead towards the desired direction and progress.

My reference model in the coaching process is the one outlined by Sir John Whitmore (1937-2017), which is expressed in the acronym G.R.O.W. and refers to the following steps:

Only with goals and objectives specifically defined you can monitor the progress, compare the intentions with the results, modify your strategy in response to new information and discoveries, and be fully responsible for the results obtained with trust in the experimentation of new possibilities.

An determination to succeed is an essential part of the process as it provides energy to movement and change.

 

The real change happens outside the coaching meeting, when, quite unexpectedly, new ideas and thoughts continue to emerge.

Coaching programs take place mainly online for an average duration of 3-6 months, with individual meetings and other support defined on specific needs, on days and times to be agreed upon.

 

Customised business projects are organised according to specific needs.

Every coaching program and every personal or corporate project is preceded by a meeting to discuss mutual expectations.
